Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in San Antonio, TX is hiring a Behavior Technician to support children with individualized ABA therapy. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays, immediate start, and opportunities for rapid interview scheduling.

You will assist with data collection, implement treatment plans, and help children learn through play while maintaining a safe clinic environment. Growth includes leadership paths and BCBA opportunities within ABC.

Qualifications

• Team mindset and reliability are essential.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
