Job summary

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for the 2026/2027 school year in the Suffolk, VA area. This full-time, school-based contract offers diverse responsibilities, including psychoeducational evaluations, classroom observations, and eligibility guidance within a collaborative district.

Qualifications

• Active State School Psychologist License required.
• Strong evaluation, report writing, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel between 2–3 school sites as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and cognitive assessments.
• Complete classroom observations and administer rating scales.
• Interpret eligibility criteria and guide school teams through the eligibility process.
• Participate in child study, re-evaluation, eligibility, manifestation, and termination meetings.
• Collaborate closely with Educational Diagnosticians, Social Workers, and related service providers.
