Qualifications

• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions; able to follow procedures.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks inside and outside the facility, including painting and surface prep.
• Operate and maintain district equipment; assist with grounds and exterior operations.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
• Ensure safety and code compliance per district guidelines.
