Job summary

Recovery Network of Programs, Inc. is seeking a full-time maintenance associate to perform painting and basic facilities upkeep at our Bridgeport, CT site. The role includes surface preparation, patching, and applying finishes, along with minor plumbing and electrical tasks as needed.

You will support custodial staff and assist with general site operations. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. A high school diploma or GED and at least two years of painting or related experience are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2+ years painting or related maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate power tools and climb ladders in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Strong attention to safety and able to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and scheduled patching and painting across the agency.
• Prepare surfaces, prime, seal, and apply finishes as needed.
• Maintain facilities including minor plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Respond to alarms or emergencies and support custodial crews as required.
• Assist drivers and other staff as directed by supervisor.
