Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year custodial experience.
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and dry mop floors.
• Vacuum carpeting; remove spots and stains.
• Wash windows and walls; dust and polish furniture.
• Clean restrooms; replace tissue and soap; polish fixtures.
• Move furniture as needed.
• Transport, empty and clean trash containers.
• Lock/unlock doors; check security; activate alarm.
