Qualifications

• Previous custodial building maintenance experience desired.
• Special class or greater Minnesota boilers license required.
• Minnesota class D or greater driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, dust, polish, scrub, strip, seal, wax, buff, vacuum, sweep and mop the building.
• Stock and maintain custodial areas.
• Conduct cleanup of bodily fluids.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
