Qualifications

• Must have or obtain County Food Handler Certification within 30 days.
• Must have and maintain IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following standardized recipes and ensure safety and sanitation.
• Handle cashiering and daily deposits for meals and ala carte items.
• Operate kitchen equipment and maintain clean work areas.
• Provide friendly service to students, staff, and visitors.
• Order food service supplies as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of student and staff information.
• Assist in special meals and catering as required.
• Follow Health Code regulations and OSHA requirements.
• Ensure timely setup of serving lines and revenue handling.
