Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL and Student Transportation Certification required.
• Must pass physical, vision and hearing exams.
• First Aid/CPR certified.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Transport students to and from school and events as designated by the school.
• Operate the bus or transportation vehicle in a safe manner.
• Supervise children during field trips as needed.
• Load and unload passengers safely and ensure seating during motion.
• Maintain discipline while the vehicle is moving.
• Prepare safety reports and maintenance logs as directed by supervisor.
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good operating condition.
• Perform custodial duties and basic facilities maintenance as needed.
• Assist with grounds keeping tasks if required.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
