Job summary

BRX Educational Staffing is partnering with a school district in Salisbury, NC to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position. You will evaluate and treat students, develop IEP goals, and work with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and an active NC SLP license; CCC-SLP is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential; prior school experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active North Carolina SLP License or ability to obtain licensure.
• ASHA CCC-SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• School-based experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services to students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain documentation and compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
• Help students strengthen communication skills that support both academic and social development
