Job summary

TheraPeds Partners in Melvindale, Michigan is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based role for the 2026-2027 school year. On-site position serving elementary through high school students with a supportive district and TheraPeds team.

You'll provide direct therapy, conduct evaluations, develop and monitor IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers, families, and staff. Caseload is manageable with guaranteed hours and dedicated documentation time.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible for Michigan SLP licensure and SLP credentialing.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CF-SLP considered with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups.
• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and monitor individualized IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
• Document progress and complete timely reports.
• Manage assigned caseload with required documentation.
