Responsibilities

• Provides initial and ongoing assessment, counseling and clinical intervention to a designated caseload.
• Provides individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
• Participates on an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Completes documentation in a timely and comprehensive manner.
• Off-site and in-home delivery of services to clients and families.
