The position supports faculty initiatives, leads administrative staff, and coordinates with families to align operations with the school’s mission and vision.

The administrator collaborates with the Leadership Council to guide UVWS toward a sustainable future, evaluating plans and programs, and serving as the primary contact for parents on daily operations

Qualifications

• Knowledge of administrative and educational principles, techniques, and methods.
• Experience with finance, budgeting, personnel administration, and facility management.
• Ability to interact effectively with community groups, private and public agencies, parents and the general public.
• Strong leadership and collaboration with the Board, faculty, staff, parents, students and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the administrative staff and support faculty initiatives and programs.
• Serve as primary contact for parents within the Communication Model, addressing daily operations and policy matters.
• Collaborate to guide UVWS toward a sustainable future and evaluate current plans and programs.
• Report to the Board of Trustees and liaison with public agencies and community partners.
