Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a Director in Enterprise Solutions within its IT advisory practice, focusing on Finance/Controlling (FICO) and SAP.

You will lead SAP implementations, map business processes, assess technology controls, and guide engagements with senior leadership while mentoring staff. An AI-first, value-driven approach will enable ethical, secure adoption of AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of SAP applications experience with at least one full SAP FICO lifecycle implementation.
• Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills.
• Ability to build client relationships and present findings to senior management.
• Willingness to travel and work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

This role is for a Director in Enterprise Solutions within the IT advisory practice, focusing on Finance/Controlling (FICO).

Responsibilities include

• planning and managing daily IT advisory activities, such as process design, package implementation, and project reviews
• leading SAP business process mapping and evaluating technology controls
• communicating findings to senior management and assisting with engagement scoping and proposal development
• supervising and managing IT advisory staff
• applying an AI-first, value-driven approach to identify and implement AI-enabled solutions, ensuring ethical, secure, and compliant adoption

Qualifications required include

• a minimum of eight years' recent SAP applications experience, including at least one full SAP FICO lifecycle implementation
• a bachelor’s degree preferred or high school diploma at minimum
• demonstrated leadership, client management, and strong communication skills
• ability to build meaningful client relationships and communicate findings effectively to senior management
• strong technical knowledge and leadership skills, with the capacity to produce high-quality written reports
• ability to travel as needed and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
