Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Director of SAP Finance with deep expertise in SAP FICO and Sales & Distribution (SD) to lead global SAP finance governance. This hybrid role is based about 25 miles south of Downtown Boston and requires strategic guidance across regions.

Responsibilities include defining standards, owning the COE, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal controls while shaping the SAP Finance landscape across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in SAP applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, MIS, or related field.
• Advanced SAP functional expertise in Finance (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash integration, Asset Accounting, Costing, and Profitability Analysis).
• Experience leading a COE or global governance for SAP.

• Own and govern the SAP Finance (FICO) solution landscape globally, ensuring alignment with finance strategy, statutory requirements, and internal control standards across all regions

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive experience working within the SAP application environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, MIS, or a related field.
• Advanced SAP functional expertise in Finance (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash integration, Asset Accounting, Costing, and Profitability Analysis)
• Experience serving in a Center of Excellence (COE) or global governance role for SAP.
• SAP S/4HANA experience; S/4HANA for Fashion is a plus
