Job summary

Fastenal Co. is seeking an entry-level Sales Support professional at our Tulsa branch. This full-time role involves assisting customers, managing inventory, and fulfilling orders from our in-plant store at 5615 S 129th East Ave, Tulsa, OK 74134.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, basic math skills, and a sales-oriented mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. On-site duties may include deliveries and stock management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business/Marketing or have related industry knowledge.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and urgency.
• Demonstrate sales drive and customer service focus.
• Motivated, self-directed and team-oriented.

• Able to lift 25–50 lbs (up to 75 lbs).
