As a Famous Footwear Sales Lead, you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. What You’ll Be Doing

1. Inspire that Famous Feeling: Walk into the store ready to inspire teammates with your integrity and drive, fostering a caring and camaraderie culture. Help infuse coaching moments for selling behaviors behind our Customer Connection.
2. Elevate to Your Goal-Crushing Era: Bring your best each day, take accountability for your goals, and drive sales with purpose and determination. Every shoe sale counts!
3. Ace Retail Operations: Know your store inside out, from pricing to inventory, ensuring it runs smoothly. Manage opening and closing, keep the store clean, organized, and showcase our styles effectively.
4. Connect the Dots: Adhere to company policies, utilize team resources, and accomplish tasks efficiently.
5. Be a Famous Culture Influencer: Embody our culture by delivering top-notch customer experiences through attentiveness and style knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications & Education

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Knowledge of retail practices and procedures.
• Retail management or relevant experience.
• Experience motivating teams and managing multiple tasks.
• Ability to mentor and train staff.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
• Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements & Environment

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., stand, walk, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Team player with enthusiasm and positive attitude.
