Job summary

Black Diamond Equipment in Boulder, CO is seeking a Retail Lead to ensure a superb shopping experience on the floor, lead and coach staff, and manage daily operations.

You will handle POS transactions, assist customers with gear choices, stock the floor, and place special orders while coordinating with vendors and the store team.

This role may require holidays and weekends and offers benefits such as insurance, 401k with match, paid vacation, paid holidays, and a casual dress code.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail experience recommended.

Responsibilities

Retail Lead is an experienced sales associate who possesses the skills and has demonstrated ability to ensure the smooth running of the retail sales floor. Principal responsibility is maintaining a highly positive customer experience through interactions and transactions with customers in our store as well as our staff.
