Pay, Benefits, and Company Culture

• $18.00‑$24.00 per hour base depending on experience and past sales success
• Significant and uncapped sales bonus opportunities, seasonal contests and incentives
• Three months guaranteed commission of $300/month while you learn the ropes and build sales

Other Important Details

• This is a full‑time, hourly position eligible for overtime
• The job requires evening, weekend, and holiday hours
• Store duties include standing most of the day, occasionally changing floor layout, moving massage chairs and assisting with merchandising and maintenance
• Physical stamina and willingness to handle the physical aspects of running a store is required
