Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $16.00/hr

The North Syracuse Thrifty Shopper is seeking a Full-time Sales Associate II. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, maintaining a clean and organized store, restocking merchandise, and processing transactions.

Education Requirements

• High School diplomas or GED certificate

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Needed

• 1-3 years retail experience preferred
• Previous customer-service experience
• Previous cash register and reconciliation experience preferred
• Emotionally mature and able to handle stress professionally

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work in an unsupervised atmosphere
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and days
• Customer-service orientation
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Efficient time management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to stand for long periods, visually check racks, bend, and lift
