Qualifications

• Excellent communication abilities.
• Able to calculate discounts and percentages accurately.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.).
• Utilize UNIQL0 service standard and six phrases to meet customer needs.
• Assist customers with fitting rooms and act as cashier when required.
• Process shipments and ensure merchandise is on the floor.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
• Follow company policies and report infractions.
• Support management with store projects.
