Job summary

UNIQLO in Boston is seeking Retail Sales Associates to meet sales goals and uphold brand standards. As a team member, you will assist customers, operate as cashier when needed, process shipments, and help maintain store presentation and inventory accuracy.

Full-time and part-time roles are available with competitive pay starting at 18.00 USD per hour plus benefits including 401k, employee discounts, health coverage, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move objects up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom including bending and standing.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and store standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.).
• Assist customers using UNIQLO service standards and 6 phrases.
• Assist with fitting rooms and cashier duties when needed.
• Process shipments and ensure merchandise is on the floor.
• Support management in identifying and resolving store issues.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
• Follow company policies and report infractions.
• Support special projects as assigned by management.
