• Vegetable prep, salad composition, assembling catering trays and salads.
• Stocks and maintains raw ingredients for Student Dining salad bar.
• May be required to work other positions based on staffing needs.
• Covers days off for other employees. Schedule will vary from a.m. to p.m. along with every other weekend.
