High Hotels Ltd. is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction across our Hampton Inn & Suites location in York, PA. Duties include cleaning rooms, laundry support, and ensuring common areas meet brand standards.

This full-time role requires weekend and holiday availability and offers a competitive starting rate with potential increases based on experience. Primary responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, restocking supplies, and maintaining safety and privacy

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED preferred.
• The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• The ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20lbs.
• The ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
• The ability to support our sister property - the Hampton Inn & Suites.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and common areas to brand standards within allotted time.
• Vacuum carpet and furniture.
• Clean and dust furniture.
• Clean kitchenettes and wash dishes in suites.
• Change bed linens.
• Clean guest room bathrooms.
• Clean high touch areas to meet brand standards.
• Assist in the laundry room: wash, dry, fold, sort laundry.
• Maintain linen cart and ensure supplies are organized.
• Ensure security and privacy of guest rooms.

High Hotels Ltd., is a leading operator of select-service and extended stay hotels across PA & NJ. We strive to maintain the highest standards in guest service and overall product quality.

As a Room Attendant for High Hotels LTD., you will be responsible for performing routine duties to ensure the high standards of cleanliness and service for the hotel and the brand are met. Room Attendants should take pride in providing exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the hotel guest rooms and common areas are properly cleaned and maintained. Room Attendant team members could spend their days in various areas of the housekeeping department including laundry, common area cleaning and room cleaning.

This position will be primarily located at the Hampton Inn & Suites on South Queen St. in York, PA.

This position is Full-Time (5 days per week) with the following hours: 8:00AM-4:30PM on weekdays & 8:00AM-5:30PM on weekends.

Must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

• Please Note: shift end times will vary based on occupancy rate and workload.

Weekends include a $1/hr. shift premium!

Starting Rate: $17.33 *Potential to increase based upon experience

Areas Of Responsibility For Our Room Attendants Include

• Cleaning the guest rooms and common areas according to brand standards in the allotted amount of time.
• Vacuuming carpet and furniture.
• Cleaning and dusting furniture.
• Cleaning kitchenettes and washing the dishes in suites.
• Changing bed linens.
• Cleaning the guest room bathroom.
• Cleaning high touch areas of the hotel to meet brand standards.
• Assisting in the laundry room: washing, drying, folding and sorting laundry.
• Maintaining the linen cart and ensuring supplies are neatly organized.
• Ensuring security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.

Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:

• A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred.
• The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• The ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20lbs.
