A Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests to ensure outstanding guest service and support the hotel's financial goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
  • Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks periodically.
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping supply cart daily.
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
  • Perform guest turn-down service when required.
