Intermountain Health St George Regional Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the Surgical Specialties Urology Clinic in St. George, Utah.

The RN provides comprehensive patient care, using the nursing process and collaborating with physicians, family, and the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. The role emphasizes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, with focus on documentation, professionalism, and patient education.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days of start.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient status using nursing process and interdisciplinary input.
• Develop individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Coordinate and delegate care to the care team to deliver timely patient care.
• Evaluate patient responses and update care plan as needed.
• Promote professionalism, ethics, and accurate documentation.
