Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the St. George Regional Hospital in Utah. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care with coordination across the care team.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, ensure documentation is complete, and educate patients and families. A BSN is preferred/required for some hires; BLS is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days.
• BSN required if hire date after 4/27/2025; grandfathering applies to earlier hires.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• If RN has <12 months experience, must obtain BSN within four years of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and education.
• Provide education to patients and families; delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with licensure requirements.
