1. Oversee and supervise nursing staff during the night shift, ensuring quality care.
2. Perform assessments, administer medications, and manage treatments as ordered.

5. Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
6. Collaborate with healthcare providers, CNAs, physicians, and families.
