Job summary
AdventHealth Davenport is seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in a full-time capacity. You will administer medications, monitor responses, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, team-based patient care in a Florida acute care setting.
Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Nursing and an RN license; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- 1+ year in acute care hospital setting preferred
- RN license required
- BLS CPR certification required
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and reevaluate as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments following orders and protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with medical staff and departments to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
