Job summary

You will deliver and coordinate patient care using nursing processes, evidence-based practice, and strong communication to ensure safe care and positive patient experiences across the continuum.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice (Illinois).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures.
