Job summary

Hope Christian Services in New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Nurse - Full-Time RN to supervise and coordinate resident care, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school or college.
• NJ RN license in good standing (active).
• 1-2 years of experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Proficient with medical equipment including sphygmomanometer, oximeter, glucometer; capable of G-tube care and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and document effects.
• Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the Director of Nursing.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals in delivering care.
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality resident care.
