Warren Clinic, Inc. in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within established protocols.

You will assist physicians, administer IM/IV medications, and coordinate care through triage, scheduling, and documentation. The ideal candidate holds an RN license, has at least 1 year of experience, and demonstrates strong communication, infection control, and EMR data-entry skills.

Formación

• Must have completed nursing education and hold a valid RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Proficient in medication administration (IM/IV) and chemotherapy per order.
• Familiar with infection control policies and patient confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, organize and provide patient care considering age and psychosocial factors.
• Assist physicians with examinations, procedures and treatments as prescribed.
• Administer medications via intramuscular and intravenous routes, including chemotherapy per orders.
• Coordinate patient care through triage calls, scheduling and admissions per protocols.
• Educate patients and families and document interventions and responses in the medical record.
• Utilize IDX/EMR and other computer applications per policies.
