Warren Clinic, Inc. seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to support physicians in patient exams, procedures, and care coordination at the Internal Medicine location in Tulsa, OK.

You will perform venipunctures, assist with imaging and treatment, and ensure accurate documentation and patient communication. You'll coordinate care, manage test scheduling, and provide patient education while maintaining records and adhering to HIPAA and OSHA policies.

Qualifications

• Has completed the prescribed curricula of a practical nursing program or equivalent coursework as approved and verified by a state board of nursing and holds or is entitled to hold a diploma or certificate therefrom.
• Demonstrated patient care skills and ability to document and communicate clinical information clearly.
• Active LPN license (or eligibility) in Oklahoma or multi-state license as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and assess their general condition, including vital signs, chief complaints, and medical history.
• Document services and diagnoses accurately in patient records and encounter forms.
• Assist providers with examinations, procedures and treatments per protocol.
• Perform ancillary services (venipunctures, basic imaging) per protocols.
• Maintain and organize medical records and test results; coordinate care via messaging and scheduling.
• Administer medications as ordered and manage referrals and test scheduling.
• Promote patient education and support effective health outcomes.
