Qualifications

• Must hold or be entitled to hold a nursing diploma or degree from a state-approved school.
• Master’s or higher level APRN education from an accredited program is required.
• Valid Oklahoma RN license and APRN license with prescriptive authority.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical services including assessment, intervention and evaluation of care within scope of practice.
• Consults and collaborates with physicians and other providers for coordinated patient care.
• Documents services in medical records and billing documents per policy.
• Performs procedures and treatments per established protocols; initiates therapy when appropriate.
• Educates patients to promote wellness and participates in quality/safety initiatives.
• Conducts complete physicals, orders and interprets diagnostic tests as needed.
