Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with active RN license.

• Maintains and communicates accurate patient records and vital signs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate reports and records; administer medications and monitor for reactions.
• Monitor patient conditions and coordinate with healthcare team to update care plans.
