Qualifications

• Must possess current licensure in the state of employment.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing skills in inmate/resident care and treatment.
• Attend sick calls with physicians; prepare lists and exam rooms.
• Assess new inmates/residents and refer to emergency care as needed.
• Perform emergency procedures and notify treating providers.
• Provide guidance and supervision to licensed practical nurses and medical staff.
