Job summary

CareRite Centers, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in New York. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, care coordination, and adherence to nursing standards across shifts. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• MS/BS in Nursing or equivalent experience preferred.
• Licensed to practice in New York State.
• Demonstrates leadership, clinical competence and aging care understanding.
• Ability to be self-directed in delegated areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintains standards of nursing practice and participates in policy setting.
• Coordinates medication administration and reports pertinent observations.
• Develops and updates care plans based on patient needs and health plans.
• Performs assessments and interventions according to guidelines and procedures.
• Transcribes physician orders timely and ensures proper documentation.
• Supervises LPNs and CNAs, assigns shifts and manages handoffs.
