Job summary

Hillsboro Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to residents in our long-term care facility.

You will administer medications, monitor residents' conditions, document outcomes, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to maintain safety and comfort.
