Hillsboro Post Acute is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide exceptional nursing care to residents. You will assess, monitor, document conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualified applicants hold a current Ohio LPN license, demonstrate strong clinical judgment and leadership, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Competitive hourly pay with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.
