Job summary

Hillsboro Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our full-time team. Provide high-quality nursing care for residents, assess and document conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate holds a current Ohio RN license, demonstrates strong clinical assessment, leadership, communication, and a resident-centered approach.
