Ron Jon Surf Shop Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to lead front-line sales with strong communication and customer service. This role shops the sales floor, back-of-house operations and acts as fill-in store management.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Provide enjoyable, knowledgeable and friendly service to our customers.
• Working with other store associates to keep our store clean, organized and visually appealing.
• Processing sales transactions in a quick and friendly manner.
• Be able to be stand/walk for extended periods of time.
• Reach, carry, bend and climb ladders occasionally.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
