Job summary

CVS Health in North Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead staff when managers are away and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

The role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, merchandising, and safeguarding confidentiality. It offers a full-time schedule (40 hours weekly), competitive pay of $16.00–$23.00 per hour, and a benefits package

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and work with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store staff by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planogram or POGs.
