The role involves patrolling retail and mall locations, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors.

You will respond to incidents and emergencies, conduct patrols, monitor access points, and prepare incident reports while collaborating with site management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a retail and mall location.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking areas, entrances, tenant spaces, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, providing directions and assistance to visitors while maintaining a professional presence.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and communicate relevant information to site management, Allied Universal leadership, and appropriate responders as needed.
