Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, keeping the store clean and visually appealing, assisting with fitting rooms, processing shipments, and supporting management on store issues. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and handle physical tasks (lift/carry up to 25 pounds).
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom including bending, standing, twisting, squatting, climbing.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness).
• Utilize UNIQLO service standards and follow the 6 standard phrases.
• Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist as needed.
• Act as cashier when required and follow cashier protocol.
• Process shipments and ensure full size run on floor.
• Assist management to identify and resolve store issues.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
• Follow all company policies and notify management of infractions.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
