Job summary

UNIQLO in Emeryville, CA is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service. You will listen to customer needs, guide product selections, provide in-depth product information, and close sales.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help meet sales goals and maintain brand standards while actively promoting the UNIQLO service standard. Weekend availability is required, with opportunities for growth based on performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to calculate discounts and percentages accurately.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Knowledge of store policies and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.).
• Utilize service standards and brand principles to exceed customer expectations.
• Assist customers in fitting room and at the cash register as needed.
• Process shipments and ensure floor representation of all sizes.
• Support management to identify and resolve store issues.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
• Follow all company policies and notify management of infractions.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
