Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking a motivated Full-Time Sales Associate to support store management in daily operations, provide exceptional customer service, and drive sales. You will assist with merchandising, pricing, and stock, while upholding company standards and loss-prevention efforts.

The role requires open availability for a minimum of 35 hours per week, with potential to work up to 40 hours, in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of the English language to communicate with management, customers and employees.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work with minimal supervision; able to take charge when needed.
• Flexibility to work across multiple stores in the assigned district.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with daily store operations and customer service.
• Identify customer needs and provide knowledgeable assistance to help select products.
• Maintain knowledge of fashion trends and merchandise to drive sales.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking and pricing.
• Follow loss prevention policies and security procedures to minimize shrinkage.
• Balance money and investigate discrepancies with management.
• Support training of employees in selling and merchandising techniques.
• Ensure a neat and orderly sales environment and professional store appearance.
