Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to support store operations, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service. You will help customers select products that fit their needs and maintain visual standards across the selling floor.

Responsibilities include assisting with shipments, merchandising, pricing, and loss prevention. A minimum 35-hour work week is expected, with up to 40 hours, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Builds customer relationships by providing professional, courteous and responsive service.
• Identifies customer needs and helps select products meeting those needs.
• Displays basic fashion knowledge and merchandise appropriately to drive sales.
• Assists with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Maintains a positive, enthusiastic attitude and follows company policies.
• Enforces loss prevention policies and security procedures and follows POS procedures.
