Job summary

Goodwill of South Mississippi in Diamondhead, MS is seeking a Store Associate to join our full-time retail team. You will assist customers, handle transactions, merchandise, and stock donations, helping keep the sales floor organized.

Under the supervision of the Store Manager, you will provide courteous service, process donations, and support promotions while maintaining safety standards and the PRIDE values of Passion, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.
• Able to interact cordially with a diverse group of individuals.
• Able to meet production goals.
• Able to lift and carry objects weighing 50 lbs or up to 100lbs utilizing a team lift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, processing transactions and merchandising on the sales floor.
• Interact with and assist customers with merchandise selection and cashiering in a courteous manner.
• Assist donors with unloading donations and loading sold goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and support safety standards.
