Job summary

Goodwill of South Mississippi is seeking a Store Associate in Biloxi, MS. You will deliver friendly customer service, process transactions at the register, merchandise the floor, stock donations, and help donors with receipts and information.

As a non-profit retailer, you’ll uphold PRIDE values and work under the Store Manager to meet daily goals, while ensuring safety and a tidy, welcoming store environment for customers and donors alike.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50–100 lbs with team lift.
• Able to stand for long periods and walk.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with merchandise selection.
• Process transactions accurately at the POS.
• Stock the sales floor and merchandise donations.
• Assist donors with unloading and receipts.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
