FirstCash, Inc. in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries, and deliver a friendly shopping experience.

You will earn hourly pay plus unlimited commissions, with benefits including Earned Wage Access, employee discounts, medical/dental/vision, life & supplemental coverage, 401(k) auto-enrollment, and paid time off. Training provided.

Competenze

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Mansioni

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
