Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to assist the store management team with daily operations, provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and support merchandising efforts. You will help customers find products, maintain store standards, and participate in loss prevention and cash handling tasks.

The role requires standard 35–40 hour work weeks, open availability, and a willingness to work across district stores as needed. DTLR, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Open availability and flexibility to meet customer demand and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with daily store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting products.
• Support merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Help minimize shrink and protect store assets.
• Enforce loss prevention and POS procedures.
• Balance cash and report discrepancies to management.
